Here’s the revised and detailed Refund & Exchange Policy for your Shopify store, MYRAH
All refunds are processed by our Refunds Team at the end of each month. Once initiated, the amount will be credited back to the latest payment details provided by the customer. Customers are requested to wait until the end of the month for their refunds to be credited.
At MYRAH, we aim to provide you with the finest perfumes and the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer options for Exchange or Return, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

Requests for Exchange or Return must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement:-
To be eligible for Return or Refund, customers must provide a proper unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening the package. The video should clearly capture the sealed outer packaging, the unsealing process, and the condition of the product inside. This proof is mandatory to confirm whether any damage or issue existed at the time of delivery or occurred later. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted for Return or Refund. -
The product must:

Be unworn, unused, and undamaged.

Have the original product tag and packaging intact.

Offer Applied Orders (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free or stock clearance products) are NOT eligible for Exchange or Return.
2. For Exchange

Delivery Charges:

₹340 will be deducted from the refund amount or charged for delivery expenses for all prepaid orders.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers must bear the courier charges every time they send the product for replacement.

Processing Time:
-
After receiving your returned product, it will take up to 5 days for the final replacement product to be delivered.

3. For Return

Transportation Damage:

MARLEAN is not responsible for any transportation damages. Customers must communicate directly with the courier company to resolve such issues.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed via online bank transfer only:

If you paid via COD, you must provide your bank account details for the refund.

If you paid online, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method.

Courier Charges:

Customers are required to bear courier charges for returning the product. These charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Inspection & Refund Time:

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the product. The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund & Replacement
Replacement will not be provided in the following situations:

Fragrance preference issues (not matching expectations)

Seal opened / used bottles

Minor packaging dents due to shipping transit

Delays caused by courier logistics
5. Process for Replacement

Raise a request on WhatsApp / Email with order details

Share unboxing video + product photos (compulsory)

Our team verifies within 48 hours

Replacement dispatched within 5–7 working days
6. Partial Payment / Advance Payment Refund Policy
- In case of order cancellation, any advance or partial payment made by the customer (e.g., ₹200) is non-refundable.
This amount is charged to cover non-recoverable costs such as payment gateway fees, advertising expenses, and platform service charges incurred at the time of order placement.
Therefore, no refund shall be provided for the advance amount once the order is placed.
7. Order Cancellation After Tracking Generation (Applicable for COD & Prepaid Orders):
- Once the customer confirms the order and the tracking ID is generated, the order is considered processed for shipment. At this stage, shipping/logistics charges are already paid to the courier partner. Therefore, cancellation after tracking generation is not eligible for a full refund.
- A fixed shipping/logistics charge of ₹380 will be deducted from the refund amount for prepaid orders, and for COD orders, the customer will be liable to pay ₹380 shipping/logistics charges if the order is cancelled after tracking generation.
8. Important Notes

Products must meet all policy guidelines to qualify for Exchange or Return.

Refunds are NOT applicable on products bought under promotional offers or stock clearance sales.
